Born from an evolutionary process at the Bologna Fair District, the “terza torre” ("third tower") was designed by Japanese Architect Kenzo Tange. It hosts regional offices on a floor space of 14,000 square meters. The building is divided into a tower of 20 floors with an entrance hall that has a double height portico, and two complementary structures that are lower in height compared to the main tower. The FILE2 recessed system with continuous lighting was chosen in the anodized silver colour, whose linearity fits in extremely well with the architecture, and performs top-level aesthetic and lighting functions.
