Maximo is an iconic project, located in a densely populated neighborhood in the urban area of ​​Rome. A multi-storey structure, with large galleries, a commercial offer that includes multiplex cinemas, the latest generation gym, leisure facilities as well as a food court and garden food with fast and traditional catering formulas. This is combined with a diversified and exclusive shopping offer. 65,000 m2, 160 units, 1 hypermarket, 12 specialized medium-sized areas, over 40 bars and restaurants, luxe multiplexes, gym, games room, 3 floors. The Twenty7 LED series fixtures installed on the very high ceiling beams ensure general, targeted and diffused lighting. Adjustable luminaires were chosen to contrast the inclination of the ceiling planes and allow the right pointing to the required areas and situations, at the same time allowing penetration down to the lower floors. In the areas of the corridors and galleries, within a suggestive geometric effect, Semplice projectors are used, now in the version with base, now mounted on a track according to need, while Nyx recessed luminaires are positioned along the perimeter walkway in the fixed LED version which integrate the general lighting close to the spaces of the individual brands. The flush recessed File profiles and Minifile in the wall version were used in the car park entrance areas.
